Order & Shipping Policy
By placing an order with Peptide Concierge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
I confirm that I have ordered the correct Items and quantity.
I confirm that my shipping address and email address is correct.
I understand that if my address is incorrect, Peptide Concierge is not responsible for lost packages.
I understand that once the terms of service are accepted and the order is submitted, I will receive an order confirmation email which will include my order number and purchase summary.
I understand that once my order has been placed and payment confirmed, I am unable to cancel my order.
I understand that pre-orders and group buy orders are fulfilled through international procurement. Estimated processing and delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of payment. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once your domestic package has been dispatched from our Dallas, TX warehouse.
I understand that in stock and single vials orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Estimated total delivery time (including carrier transit) is approximately 5 to 10 calendar days after purchase.
I understand that shipping issues with my items must be communicated within 72 Hours of receiving my order.
I understand that Peptide Concierge is not held liable for shipments scanned and received by USPS that show delivered and are not received, shipments that are delayed, or shipments marked undeliverable. In the event that this takes place with your order, contact the USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
Defective Product & Damage Reporting Policy:
I understand that Peptide Concierge inspects all orders prior to shipment. Upon receipt, it is my responsibility to inspect the contents immediately.
I understand claims for damaged packaging, broken vials, missing items, or product defects must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
I understand that claims submitted after the 10-day inspection window will not be eligible for review, replacement, reshipment, or credit.
I understand that after 10 days, I have deemed that the order is accepted fully and final.
If within the 10 day window inspection window, I understand that i am to submit the claim via email to:
support@peptideconcierge.com with the following: Order number, Photos of the packaging and product, Description of the issue.
Refund & Reship Policy:
No Refunds All Sales are Final
On the rare occasion of possible reship for any reason, it will be determined at the discretion of Peptide Concierge and communicated accordingly.
Returns Policy:
No Returns
I understand that Peptide Concierge does not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand Peptide Concierge may cancel submitted order after 72 hours of non-payment.
Repeat offenders of orders with non-payment risk being removed from the community.
Product Storage Responsibility:
Upon delivery, I understand that I assume full responsibility for proper storage, handling, and care of all products. Peptide Concierge is not responsible for degradation, potency loss, or spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
